If I have a notify request for a gpu that is not currently being produced by EVGA, why should it count as one of the two products EVGA is using to sort buyers when another batch of GPUs is dropped on the market?

How can I know which notify requests to remove if they are still listed as bait?

I'm not sure what you mean by GPUs no longer being made by EVGA, do you 20 series and older, or do you mean the non LHR cards. the changes to the queue only mention 30 series cards, so I don't know that queues for the 20 series or older would be considered part of the change and not be a factor. If you mean the older non-LHR cards, queues were automatically changed to the LHR, and unless you chose to ignore the warning to not switch back, the card should still be in production.
 
What cards do you have in your queue that aren't being made any more?

P/N: 12G-P5-3655-KR Is a 3060 that has been in the queue since February. It is my oldest place in line.

Ought I give up my place in line? Is it still in production? Is production stalled due to no parts? Is another gpu farther down my list likely to be available sooner?

That really depends what you want. If a part number hasn't been removed by EVGA then it should still be in production.
