I believe the elite only page still takes you to the individual product page, you simply need to be signed in and an elite member to get the notify button, once released. Your comment is interesting however, as even the kingpin HC notify is available to non Elite members

If you go the product listings for the items in my original post you will se there isn't a notify button. so there isn't a queue yet. the item you listed just had the queue open up last week I think? I don't know much about the kingpin skews as I don't do much in competitive benchmarking.

The marketing message was aimed at "Elites" but as these SKUs were already released on November 13, 2020, tomorrow's queue reopenings should not be limited to Elite members...unless EVGA has made the SKUs "Elite only". Thanks for the heads up. At this point I'd probably rather have a 3090 HC and pay the price as I'll likely end up paying close to or more than $1500 for a 3080Ti with a block anyway unless I land an XC and I assume that's the most in-demand card so unlikely. This has turned into such a mess. If I had known, I would have done everything possible to land a 3090 when it released.

From my understanding the 3080 and 3090 cards with the hydro copper will convert to the hybrid coolers you can find here https://www.evga.com/products/productlist.aspx?type=18&family=Cooling&chipset=GPU+HYBRID+Cooler you just need to get the xc or the FTW3 ultra depending on what hydro copper you have. I could be wrong but I don't see a reason the PCB would be different for each PN weather its a hybrid or full water block

If this gets me a 3080 sooner rather then later so be it plus I kinda wanted to water cool this stuff. I probably should buy the FTW for maxing out all settings. If I get in early in the queue I just have to figure out fitting it in a MiniITX as I want to use a small board.

Bleh 3080Ti struck me as overpriced for what you got while 3080 is the best deal. If I'm already spending $1200 I might as well just try and get a FE 3090. 3080 is the sweet spot and HC is one of the best, only thing better seems to be the Kingpin.

Understood but I still think that's a better choice over the 3080Ti. Granted I've heard you can't run a game like 2077 with HDR, RT and 4K on with DLSS off and get 60 FPS but I've heard it's badly optimized.
