New EVGA 2080TI Black Green Space Invaders

Hey guys, I have had this card for about 2-3 weeks and suddenly 3 days ago I got a hard lock on my PC with green space invaders across the entire screen :(
 
Have has happened in multiple games (Metro Exodus/Anthem) and is very random can happen 30secs in or 1 hour in.
I have tried using DDU to remove Nvidia Driver and do a fresh install with the latest drivers 419.17 also Have reseated card and tried new PSU cables.

Is this an RMA?

    From the looks of it, that is indeed one dead card. You should RMA it really.

    That looks like a bad GPU unfortunately.  Can I ask what were your GPU temps during operation?

    Yeah my temps have varied depending on what I'm playing and for how long. Has done it at 64c up to78c. I don't know if it's temp related as it can occur at 30 sec of game play and any random time after that. Weird.

    My black hits around 65c to 72c with OC when gaming!
