I ran into problems when the new core 21 downloaded last night.  Failed a ton of work units instantly with the message Error Discrepancy: Forces are blowing up!
 
Updated drivers from 368.69 to 372.90 and seems to be working fine again.  Not sure if it is the driver update or just reinstalling drivers that fixed it.  Will see if I run into similar issues on my other computer that is running driver 353.06

Did delete Both Folders? before you started back up.

No.  Not sure what that would accomplish other than downloading the core again, which wasn't the issue in the first place.

On what Cards and what do you think the issue was for you?
I have only seen your error on the old Core 21 file and known bad drivers but not on 372.90.
 
Question for Cool Cool GTX when you did get this new Core 21 file did it crash on Driver 372.90?

Just as an FYI I did Pause Save and Exit The Folding Client Software, I had one WU Running.
After I Exit The Folding Client Software I then deleted the Folder \ProgramData\FAHClient\cores\fahwebx.stanford.edu Emptied the Recycler Bin and Started The Folding Client Software and it download the Core file and started back up without any issues noted.
I Did Not Delete the WU under the Folder \ProgramData\FAHClient\work so I did not Dump the WU I paused above.
This Folder is no longer on any of my Rigs "web.stanford.edu" You can view the current status on my GTX 1080 and 980 here My HFM

I am staying with Driver 373.06 on all my Rigs.

More of the same today low ppd , wu's getting sent with low points . I will download new driver tonight and install after work see if its any better . I think there new core broke old drivers mite of fixed new ones . I do not get new drivers every time they come out heck only reason I open a screen to comp is if its nor showing points over at extreme .

I am on driver  372,54 not so good looks like with new core (Edit ) I will post after work tomorrow if I am still dropping WU's GPU is a 980ti under clocked , Its a b stock gpu that has a bit to much OC when I got it .  As far as I can tell it did not complete a few WU's and dropped them part way done . Looks like it hung for a bit with no WU downloaded  . I updated core yesterday .

These will normally pick up at last checkpoint & finish the work unit.  There's no error listed showing the work unit was not completed.
 
I would suggest running either 372.90, 378.49, or the most recent hotfix driver 378.57 http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4378
 
I prefer 372.90 on my GTX 970 FTW, but haven't tried the newest hotfix driver.

After almost 12 hours driver 378.57 seems to be a bust for my Win10 series 9, TitanX SC are down 300K-400K PPD for Rig2
 
I did change the driver & reboot the PC, I'll let it run some more and see if it get better.

Seems PPD is down on the other two Rigs - only changes on them is the Panda - Pushed Core 18 Update and the current WU - they are still on 372.90

Under the Current New Core 21 Version 0.0.18,

Not really sure anymore if this is good or bad now.

Cool for Core 21, 1 Failed Core 18 WU To Date. So Overclocking to high for Core 18 may not be good on Driver 378.57
I am staying with Driver 373.06 on all my Rigs for now.

The past few days I've tested a few other drivers after I tested driver 376.09 with the new Core21 version.
I have also tested drivers 372.90, 373.06 and the latest hotfix driver 378.57.
 
My original and reference driver is/was 368.81 (OS is Win7 64-bit) and here are my results:
- Driver 372.90 and 373.06 have both the same performance as driver 368.81 (on Core18 & 21 projects).
- Driver 378.57 had the same lower performance as driver 376.09: Core18 is ~5% lower PPD and Core21 is 6-8% lower PPD.
 
I did not have any problem with all these drivers and I'm now using driver 373.06 for my dedicated folding system.

I'm using driver 373.06 now, because it's the latest driver with a good folding performance.
But if someone is currently using driver 372.90 (which has the same folding performance), than I would not upgrade.

Is this the same error: I have been getting this when I start up my 780Ti. I also have a 580 it runs just fine.

Moved Rig2 from my signature back to Nvidia 372.90 today and my PPD came right back to 1.5+ million PPD
 
under the newest  378.57 driver 1.35 to sometimes 1.4 million PPD after a couple of days running those two 9 series Titan X SC hard

Not sure had a few power outages but 378.57 driver sucks  looks like I am down 100k ppd with it . Will take one hell of a midnight update to even get close even with broke drive I was running . I got a copy of 373.06 on main comp will thumb drive it and install on cruncher/folder
Update yep there 100k under but its only 2 full days , but its lowest ppd I have got on 980ti win 7 64 bit I7 6400 at 4200 mhz . I get time am going to roll back drivers
