Not bios. PX1 only updates the firmware.. mpu. Not vbios.

No idea. PX1 can update mcu & vbios, but I believe it only requires the latest mcu firmware to be installed before you can even use px1 at all.

I stand corrected - firmware not BIOS. I have had my 3090 Ti since launch so I got the initial firmware update already. This one is definitely new - within the last few weeks (probably less - but I leave PX1 running a lot - just rebooted for the new NVIDIA drivers).

Typically the BIOS will not normally need an update like a motherboard - only general changes such as resizable bar will require an entire vBIOS revision change.

So no one knows what changed with the firmware? I did a before/after GPU-Z with my 2nd 3090 Ti and it is the same data across both.

Nope, but mcu firmware controls how the icx sensors and lighting works on the card.

We do not release change logs for Firmware updates.

Cool, thanks. Well, I guess if it's just how iCX sensors and lighting works it isn't much of a big deal. Maybe the next firmware update can give us early adopters a $200 refund. ;)

Maybe it's just my card. But as for the LED options; breathing, wave, star and color stack no longer work. Just a dim, flashing white/greenish light.

That is very odd. I will reach out to our PM team to see if we can re create the issue.

Can those of you having issues with the different LED options post an image of the PX1 info page so I can pass it along to our team?

I had the same issue with Rgb flickering. To fix it go to led panel tab and change the number 36 next to LEDS on the far right(fourth picture that belong to the new power link adapter). Change to static off also under that. After that you can change it back to whatever you want it the rgb for the other three will work fine not sure if it's a bug when firmware was updated.

sk3tch, wingsabr, nforce400 - Can you try this ^ to see if it works? Our team was not able to reproduce the issue that you described, and I have some alternative ways to try to fix PX1 for you guys, but I'd like you to try that first.
