Never Received Email About Step-Up

I keep seeing posts from people that received an email stating that they were registered in the step-up queue.  I never received anything from EVGA, however when I look at the details page of my products it says I am in the queue and shows a "pending" status on all steps.  Should I be worried?

    Honestly can't recall, but within a day or two of the 1080's being available for step-up.  (It doesn't show the start date on my product page)

    and speak with them and see what they say.  It may just be that you are lower on the list or the card you ordered hasn't come in just yet.

    I signed-up for Step-Up yesterday and also did not receive an e-mail. I received other e-mails about registering my product but not one specific to Step-Up registration. However, when I view product details for my card I do have a Step-Up ID and it shows me as In Queue.
