These scores are likely from an NVIDIA RTX 2080, simply because the performance improvement over the last generation 1080 (which usually scores around the 7,300's) sits pretty at some 36% - more or less what NVIDIA has been doing with their new generation introductions. I still prefer to wait for independent reviews in the weeks to come.

Is this two different cards? 2070 vs 2080? If not, why did the card that's overclocked more score lower?

Maybe that will increase to 40-45% faster than 1080 after lunch drivers.

    I told max 50-55% difference between GTX2080Ti and GTX1080Ti.
There is a chance to be even 60% faster in games prepared for 2019-2020, but older maybe 50%.
Even in CUDA Cores is not small difference, same architecture with so much CUDA could give a significantly faster GPU.
