Missing ability to overclock EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XC ULTRA GAMING using Precision x1

The graphics card doesn't seem to identify as an EVGA device. I've updated the BIOS on the card using the version available
 
 

 
Over on PC Gamer their article on the Precision X1 software clearly shows some items I'm missing such as the XOC and Boost options.

    I think some of those options might just be for the FTW cars with the extra icx sensors, and some may not yet be enabled in this beta. I have the same interface as you do for my 2080, and I'm able to OC fine.

    Can you tell me if you can save presets and if your XC Ultra has a default fan speed of anything more than 0%?

    My card seems to default to 0% when i boot up the pc and won’t change until I manually do so in Precision X1. And because X1 won’t save settings I’m having to do this every time.
     
    Edit - nvm this is apparently how the card works!
