To be honest the only options I notice going from Ultra to High are things like Terrain decoration, Shadows, and HBAO.

I notice a clearer image between high and ultra textures. Not by a giant leap, but enough for me to take the extra performance hit.

This help me
Turn Vertical syn off
Turn Triple buffering on
I have never been below 90 fps
I run 2x 560ti s/c in sli
