I have read the guide several times. I have a pretty good understanding but I just need some help with setting this board up. I set my Vcore to 1.309v and it shows 1.373 and I do not have the offset on. I would like to but I have but given up on that. On the Asus boards it is a little work but the offset is a good way to go. I desided to go with the fixed with this board since there is no real info on how the offset works on these boards. From what I have been reading today and last night everything is on auto but I have a 360 fatty Rad on the CPU alone with 2 litters of water and my temps are in the low 40's to Mid's. With the Asus RIVF board I just replaced I was using a 260 RAD and the CPU was clocked @4.2 and never went above 31 and during the stress test it wouldn't get to 56 degreeC. With the board I am at 40 before the stress test.
From overclocking info from the guy that helped me out at ASUS  he said keep the VTT CPU voltage at 1.15 and the VCCSA (VSA) at 1.15 but in auto this board has the VSA at 1.279/1.281 and the VICCO at 1.268 in auto and when on the P67 we never went above 1.20 on VICCO and this is why I am really concerned. I am sorry I do not like the guide that stuff should have been in the book of a board you pay $399.00 for sorry. They should do a video like Asus did that goes over every thing in the bios and how it effects the over clock. Please dont hold that agaist me help a fan out.
I too have 3 keyboards 2 mice and 2 hubs in the USB section. I have the Marvell drive working ok so far but I want to get a goo steady clock and I am hopeing for some help. My VRM's and Chipset (blocks by Nateman doo)and two GTX OC 780's and 1 GTX580 are cooled in my second loop with a another fatty 360.

If I could go all American I would!

CPU-Z Vcore stared at 1.306 and when stress test started it went up to 1.356-1.365 in Bios I set it at 1.309 and after reboot it read 1.369.
Not sure what is a good stress test i am using Prime95
I set the VSA to 1.15 and it tookitself up to 1.179 on the reboot
ViCCO is set to 1.204 amd it took itself up to 1.214 on reboot
Somthing new for me as I went from a 780iFTW to the P67 FTW and the X79 Classy asus RIVF I have never seen the QPI Link before mine is reading 3199.25MHz, Core is showing 4099.04 and I can't find the little trick to get the board to run a straight up 100.00on the bus speed.
This is 4.1 OC and using fixed oc.
Any help here on the best stress test and am I on the right track,
so far the temp in complete stress are at it's highest of 64c

Well I called in asked for some help but but the best they could do is tell me to go to an older BIOS, I did go from the original to 2.10 because I had the board sitting in idel for a while helping Nate out. They recommended 2.07, has any one had any real issues with it. I will tell you this I am haveing tis wierd voltage thing going on but my Marvell drives work just fine.

2.09 was the sweet spot for me, 2.10 was slightly less stable on my machine and required more voltage to be stable.  I am happily on 2.09.

What is your droop set to?

I recommend trying offset mode and Intel Spec V-droop.

This is great info and I will not hesitate to try it. When you are using the Offset mode are you goin in the + or - direction and may I ask about where you are starting. Is 4.6  your everyday clock? I know My temps will be diffrent then yours but My loop should handle the heat.
By the way thank you very much for responding.

I was able to do 4.2 at +0 but YMMV.

Set droop to Intel and the offset to +10 and give it a shot.  Worst case you have to go to +20 or +30.

Also, enable K-boost if you have issues booting over 4.0ghz or have a BSOD at idle.

Before I could do anything lost my Intel Drives long enough to courut the Boot Drive or there is somthing wierd going on with the USB Ports because as the windows boot screen comes up my Keyboard shuts off and and the boot stops. I tied to fix it with my boot disk but it erased the bootsector. I hope you don't mind if I Try back here in a bit after i rebuild the aray.
