Does anyone have a link or way to bypass the login loop and access their profile info?
I'd like to link my twitch account but every time I try to go to y profil it takes me to a login screen. Same problem in Chrome and Edge.

I have the same issue - I can log in, but no matter which link under My EVGA I hit, I get sent back to the login screen. I just want to check my RMA Status, is that so much to ask?

Seems like a lot of people have the issue. EVGAs only solution is "clear cookies". Doesn't sound like they're taking it seriously at all or even willing to admit that its on their end.

Same issue here, just stuck in an endless login loop - great site, wanted to check a few things but can't get past logging in, can check my profile - but can get no further. FYI - experiencing this as well - great site, thanks. Edit: have cleared cookies, reset browser, nada, same issue. Coming to this site is the closest I'm coming to my EVGA nVidia 3060 Ti, which is a must have, no other will do! :-) lol

Been having the same issues for days, different browsers, cleared setting ect, nothing works.

I've also had problems with looping, and being sent to the wrong page, like trying to go to "my EVGA" It takes me to the main forum page, and I have to try several times over before it takes me to the correct page, same for things in the associate page, switching between tabs takes several tries before it goes through correctly. for the profile specifically, try the link https://www.evga.com/community/myProfile.aspif it works correctly, and you confirm your password, it should result in a address that looks the same, but has a bunch of random characters at the end. if it's not working, keep trying, it eventually goes through.

I've tried many many times to logni and try to access my profile. So much so that I got temp banned for a short while. Access DeniedYou don't have permission to access "http://secure.evga.com/us/login.asp" on this server. I've tried allowing all cookies, clearing cache, disabling adblock and no luck. Still stuck in endless login loop. Edit: So shortly after posting this I got this message when trying to login. "EVGA has been upgrading parts of our site and due to this the log-in function for accounts has been affected. We have resolved the issue and if you are having an issue logging into your account or staying logged in please clear your browser cache and cookies and try again. If there is no change please contact us back and include a screenshot of the log-in page and any errors and make sure it is the entire browser so it shows the URL as well.We apologize for any inconvenience." After that I cleared the site cache once more and was then able to login and access my profile.

Update. They seem to be working on it. But their first move was to ignore the fact I told them it was showing me as logged in and would then kick me back to login page, so they reset my password. Not helpful. I get the same problem on edge, chrome, and chrome incognito on 2 comps and on my galaxy s21. I have cleared caches and cookies....the problem is on their end.

Same, been getting this login loop for the past 2 days. Cleared Cache and Cookies, tried Incognito and Mobile. Same thing. Hope they fix it soon.

I have cleared the browser cache, disabled all anti-ads or anti-tracking plug-ins, and tested on 3 different browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) and also tested Incognito, but the problem still persists. I have reported it to the webmaster.

Looks like the webmaster has deployed the fix, and "my EVGA" pages can be visited normally now.
