I've lost a bunch of pictures of my previous builds since i had a HD crash, but i found a pic from early 2002. I belive this was an XP1800+ with a GF 2 (Prophet GTS) This is my current rig,it's getting old.

My first ever PC, which still works. Intel Pentium 266MHz 16MB of RAM ATI 264VT with 4MB VRAM 2GB HDD I don't have any pics of the next one I got. It had a 2.83GHz Celeron, 2GB RAM and a Radeon 9800 Pro 256MB after a few years of upgrades. I didn't really know anything about hardware and PC building at the time but upgrading this taught me the basics. Then I decided to build a proper rig which I can't find any pics of either, specs were MSI P6N SLI, E6600, 4GB DDR2 800MHz, 8800GTX. That was nearly 3 years ago and I just kept upgrading that and still used the same case until recently. Coming to these forums got me addicted on upgrading stuff and I pretty much changed everything. Pic after I upgraded to the 790i: I wanted to have a go at WC but the case is only a mid-tower so I had to mod it a bit and added extra fans and handy cable holes while I was at it: Then Santy came this year: It was a pain in the arse to take apart all the water cooling stuff and all the cables were zip tied to everything: I went back to air cooling with my TRUE until I get new tubing, thinking of going red this time. This is where I'm at now, just need to transfer all the watercooling stuff.

My first rig, "right" before I joined these forums. I did have PC's prior to this but they were not built by me. This is my first real build. It lasted....not long at all....I call this Version 1. Sporting an NZXT Gaurdian Case, an Ultra 750 LSP PSU, X58 3way SLI board, Corsair 1333mhz ram, and a BFG gtx280, and a Hitachi HD. I didn't really know much more than how to put everything together. My hardware knowledge was almost NIL. I attempted some cable management, however this case was not made for that...I wanted a real PC, after seeing this community....Soon came V2 next up is Version 2 Sporting a new HAF 932, new ram ( Patriot Viper Series 1600mhz 9-9-9-24) and a downgraded GPU (in order to cover costs of the new case and ram. I also invested in a blue ray reader, and got rid of my original basic dvd burner. The new HAF 932 was because I wanted to really put effort into cable management. I was still learning. However with this build I started to learn what I wanted to really have, and I gained a deeper understanding of hardware :) V3 finally came and I love V3. No offense to V1 and V2.... and finally, my most current and currently running Rig, V3! At this point, I did my homework. I knew what I wanted in my RIG and I saved up and swapped parts to get what I wanted. I gave some older parts towards my dads build which was an xmas present. He loves his p55 setup as he couldn't afford a replacement for his oldschool P4....his old system was a disgrace considering I knew he couldn't get a new system and it was already failing on him...random restarts....BSODS....etc. It was old... So V3... First off, I did Step up and got a new Classified board, in replacement of my X58 3way vanilla. I decided to ditch the patriot ram, and go with G Skill Tridents, 2000mhz 9-9-9-24. I am running them at 1600mhz @ 7-8-7-20 though. I have never attempted spec...probably should have... I realized I cannot SLI 300 series with that 750 LSP Ultra PSU. I wanted a bada** PSU, came the HX1000. I really wanted to play with overclocking, so I invested in the Mega Shadow, with 133cfm Ultra KAZE's /w a Scythe fan controller for them. I love the setup for overclocking it has served me a beautiful 4189MHZ overclock very stable. My cable management on V3, is the best I have accomplished thus far I believe. I am still learning and having a lot of fun with all of this. I also learned that Hard drive performance was important, never knew that before! I invested in 2 x 640gb Caviar black AALS drives. In a short stroked RAID-0 they are running fast and I am extremely happy I did it. I also wanted a secure backup, as my old PC's would die on me and I would lose everything!! Sad. I also would re format those old PC's without really backing anything up, also caused a lot of losses.... Now I don't need to worry as much :D. Special thanks to Luv2increase for the HDD setup I went with, couldn't have done it without him. Eventually when the sun comes back out (I'm in Canada) I would like to paint the HAF, and mod it with a clear side window. Right now, sub zero temps are preventing this project :(. I am ready now for 300 series SLI and am very excited for it! Thanks everyone in the community, this V3 is a result of your help!

My first true build was in 2000 and I couldn't afford a digital camera then. I had to sell a Fender Strat and a Crate 300 watt amp to get it. It was a AMD Thunderbird 950 MHz, ESC mobo, 50 Gb Western Digital HDD, Geforce2 Ti, the cheapest case ever made. I remember a buddy of mine running Quake3 on his T-bird 850 rig with a Geforce2 and it looked and ran so much better than my SLi'd Voodoo 2's/PII rig...T&L FTW!! Pics of my last 6 or 7 builds to come...
