Good evening everyone.

I'm recently experiencing a weird problem concerning the LED Sync app. Although is running and visible in the taskbar, I cannot seem to bring it to the desktop, neither to switch to it.
I cannot move the app (holding shift + right click on the app in taskbar), because no menu showing app, and in task manager all the option "switch to", "expand" and so on simply serve no effect whatsoever.

Can anyone please have a clue on what the problem might be by any chance?

I do thank you in advance.

With this Card? EVGA GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 Gaming
If you Left Click on the Icon in the Task Bar and does it not open?
If you Right Click on the Icon in the Task Bar do you see Close?
By Default the file is located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\LED Sync\LEDSync.exe

Yes the card in question is the 1080 Ti FTW3.

    If I left click on the icon in the task bar, it doesn't show up on the desktop;
If I right click on the icon in the task bar it displays only "add to task bar" and "close" options.

Another weird thing that I noticed is that if press "Win + tab" it shows all the apps and widnows currently opened and LED Sync preview shows 2 GTX 1080 Ti in its menu. Same thing appears in the preview icon if I move the curson over the icon in the task bar.

Mine shows two cards as well and on my SLI Rig it show four cards. Who knows on this one.
One thing to remember with PXOC in the Settings Window when you make a change in any windows make sure you click the OK Button.
It sucks that it now also closes the Settings Window so you have to do this with each change in each window.
Are you Loading PXOC with the OS?

I do have "Start with OS option in Precision X settings.

    Simply restart precision.

Unfortunately I even reboot the system and performed an uninstallation and re-installation with registry cleaning process but the issue still occurs.

    Anyone got any clue please?

    Edit: Just a little update

After uninstalling again EVGA Precision XOC and LED Sync, I deleted also their folder in which .cfg were still present.
After reinstall EVGA softwares and rebooting the computer everything seem to work just fine.

Another thing that I acknowledged is the 2 "gtx 1080 Ti" strings in EVGA LED Sync. Each of one of them is referring to the badge and backplate leds respectively, but results in a non synchronous color and effect combination.
