LED Sync delay between devices, and no sync on NU Audio card

Subject says it all basically. I have a DG-7, CLC-280, and NU Audio sound card. The LED Sync seems to work between the case and the CLC, but the CLC is a little delayed, so it gets out of sync after a short while. Also, the NU Audio card doesn't appear to sync at all. Any suggestions?
 
P.S. I also have the EVGA Z10 RGB, and UnleashRGB software doesn't seem to have LED Sync. Is there a way to get my KB to also Sync?

    After the most recent nu audio driver my sound card no longer starts with the static color I set it in the nu audio software. It's just rainbow and I have to go in and set it again whenever I turn on my pc

    I'm not having that issue. 
     
    I'm surprised no one else is having the same problem I'm having. Surely, I can't be the only one.

    Having the same issue between the EVGA Nu Audio Card and EVGA RTX 2070. I'm not seeing a way to get them sync'd up in Precision X1 at all.
