Just wanted to throw that out there!! Had a problem with my system the other day where it wouldn't boot up at all or even try to. I had myself convinced it was a MB problem because when I would flip the switch on the PSU the board would get power to it (lights lit) so I called the 24 hour tech support line and explained my problem in detail and he told me that it actually sounded like a PSU problem to him even though the boards light were still getting power, and advised me to try another one and if I still had issues we could start an RMA. Turns out he was right, dropped a 750w Corsair in it and booted up no problem at all. I already had the 750w PSU here so it saved me the trouble of swapping boards that wouldn't have fixed the problem anyway. EVGA products and customer support is top notch IMO....keep up the good work

I have no idea. I had been playing the BF3 beta all morning without issue and I needed to power off the system for some reason later in the day. I shut down the system, did whatever I needed to do, and when I went to turn it back on nothing happened at all when I pressed the power button. I flipped the switch off on the PSU (like I do every time I perform any maintenance inside) and I opened the case and wiggled the graphics cards to ensure that they were seated correctly and after I did that the system would attempt to power on. The fans would spin up but the board would not boot. Even the LED display on the board wouldn't light up which further led me to belive that it was a MB problem. The PSU that apparently died was an OCZ gamer extreme 1010w that had a good life span. I had it for approx. 4-5 years. I knew I wasn't going to use it again after this incident so I took it apart and inspected the inside of it. I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Nothing looked burned up or anything, but is was extremely dusty in some areas that I couldn't get air in there to blow out. I'm just glad that it didn't take any of my other hardware with it. EVGA_MatthewH Glad to hear Brandon was able to assist you. If you get a moment you can rate his service here: http://www.evga.com/myevga/rateus/ Feedback left !!

They are cool dudes when you finish, tell them to transfer you to Shane and leave a nice voice message for him
T hose who abuse power, are nothing but scumbags! The challenge of power is how to use it and not abuse it. The abuse of power that seems to create the most unhappiness is when a person uses personal power to get ahead without regards to the welfare of others, people are obsessed with it. You can take a nice person and turn them into a slob, into an insane being, craving power, destroying anything that stands in their way. Affiliate Code: 3T15O1S07G

Never needed tech support yet. (Fingers crossed) but if I do, I'm glad to know they are there.
