Why wont my avatar show ? I understand the restrictions on new users for sigs, does this apply to avatars too ?

    What size is your photo? 
    mine is
    width: 132
    height: 150
    use JPEG if a photo.
    Don't forget to press "save"..

    Odd resized and still wont show settings saved odd, very odd!

    Would love to but on a company network as im at work ATM lol, thanks for the offer much appreciated. Maybe when im at home, im sure i've done all the necessary steps.
