Doesn't matter....look on eBay. There are a DOZEN pages of Kingpin cards for sale by scalpers all over eBay. This is so disgusting. I wish EVGA knew how to ban those resellers from ever buying another card for doing this crap. It's totally disgusting.
It's possible that some Elite members don't really want a Kingpin but it's the only card they could get. So they sell the Kingpin to buy a scalped card they want. I don't really want a Kingpin either. I want a 3090 FTW but the Kingpin waiting line is much shorter. I'm also much farther ahead on a 3080 Ultra line (9/30) and if I get that I'll definitely sell it. The situation is a total mess. And the lines are not moving! Evga should have set a limit of 1 card per customer and put Elite members at the front of the line to reward their loyalty.

2 weeks between non straggler drops are common, even three weeks are common. Like kraade said, 10 to as high as 60 or so from past drops.

There is a limit of one card per sku per household. Some people have bought a lot of EVGA gear but are not an Elite Member, because they chose not to. So you can say they are a loyal customer. So it would be unfair to those loyal customers. Besides, being an Elite Member is so easy, you don’t need to have a history of buying EVGA merchandise, and you can still be an Elite Member. Check out the conditions for Elite membership.

The cooler is a complication. I don't want to have to add an aoi and I'm not 100% sure it will fit in my Corsair 540. The Kingpin is also more expensive.

I have the same issue, I would love either a FTW3 ultra HC or best KP HC... But yeah no queue :(
If I get the hybrid, I will wait until the HC block is available.
