Yeah, I thought of that actually. Historically speaking, if we look at the late january drop, the cards were staggered over a few days in the week. Meaning that if this drop is anything alike, we may also get a few more cards today, thurs or friday. That would be great !

A lot of people where in the same situation as you and EVGA did help them out. Good Luck! Edit: the persons who had this situation contacted Jacob at his twitter account and he just said to reply to the order notify e-mail.

Hope you will get it, too bad you missed it, even if it means waiting a bit more on my end, I think it's the right thing to do for them, it's already frustrating the wait... I won't want to be in that boat either :D Edit: with that said... it is at least very refreshing to see (based on the excel sheet) that 70% of the reported queue has been fulfilled.

I entered on the 20th of December, getting closer.  I had issues with my FTW3 though (died on me twice) and I got a Asus Strix 3090 and have had 0 issues with it. Fingers crossed it doesn't crap out on me if I can get one in a timely fashion.

Called EVGA support line, my guess about replying directly back to ordernotify@ was correct (as well as the office hours limitations). I replied directly with the full message body, I should hear back sometime during the day.

sigeon, the following process has been successful numerous times over the last few months. I am confident EVGA will get you sorted. I would recommend you do the following (it sounds like you've already done most/all of these steps): (1) reply to the email (it should have come from ordernotify@evga.com) and indicate your desire to purchase the card. (2) call EVGA customer service during their working hours (9 am to 6 pm Weekdays (excluding EVGA holidays)): 1.888.881.EVGA (3842) (3) they should be able to locate your reply, confirm that the queue has reached your registration and reissue you a new email with a new link to purchase your card. It might take a day or so for them to confirm on-hand inventory and issue the replacement email. Please be vigilant about checking your in-box, whitelist ordernotify@evga.com with your preferred email client, and do not panic about the 8 hour window. EVGA will get you sorted. Best of luck!
