Nothing says we can’t scalp the cards so I doubt EVGA could do anything even if they wanted to. Nothing prevents us doing whatever we want with the cards.

Lol, somebody in Mexico posted one for sale on ebay with a BIN price of $500.
He closes out the text in his description with:
"You are bidding on an image delivered directly to your email of the EVGA GEFORCE RTX 3090 KINGPIN."
While you can beat a dead horse as much as you like,
you might have a tough time arguing with one.

By all means do what you wish. I’m just saying what I would do. This is a exclusive card to elite members for now. As an elite member there should be higher expectations to be one. Regardless, do your thing with it and contribute to the higher prices. It is what it is.

I tell ya the amount of visible/semi visible bare copper on these things is simply glorious... learning the basics.
Some information for those still waiting in queue that you might find useful, since I saw some reports of some people getting them & some not:
There were mounting screws (the short ones) included with mine, and washers (for those oversized holes some cases have these days on the multi-sized fan fitting bracket mounts like my case has, quite useful).
There is also a lil' OC Guide specifically for this card that goes over some pretty basic stuff, at least as far as these cards are concerned, it also describes what the different individual rails "do", gives you the basic "if you run the full wattage BIOS & you kill your card, RIP your card", "If you run higher than stock voltage you are risking damage" etc. It also states that it's not recommended to increase the vRAM voltage on the regular AIO cooler, but that it should be able to run up to 9750+MHz (whatever that means, why put a plus lol) at stock vRAM voltage.
Currently on the plain' ol' Normal BIOS, idling at 23C with a rather janky case setup at the moment & the GPU radiator fans running at a basically-off RPM of under 1000. I am still running the stock fans, no additonal fans on the radiator, but I am running them with direct motherboard control & direct PSU power, not off the GPU at all.
Really looking forward to pairing this with a Z590 Dark when they're released in a March-ish.
