I am assuming if it's just one, it may have been a customer return

It could be that people didn't complete the purchase instead.  Hard to tell how many might have been released since the user who reported the purchase isn't listed on the queue sheet with their entry time.  Limited info is hard to confirm what and when he entered into the queue.  
 
I also sold my HC Block to the local PC store owner who has the Kingpin card.  Not sure how long the wait will be for the Optimus block, but I'm hoping it will be here sooner rather than later.  The Strix release appeared to go pretty much according to their release/ship dates once they finalized the block.  I'm hoping for the same thing with the KP version.  

Optimus is pretty solid on delivery dates...I would say 6-7 weeks until it ships

I also got in pretty early too for the Optimus block I'm thinking.  Maybe a few hours after the release time.  I got my order in on July 28 at around 11pm central time.  I am also thinking around the end of September to mid October as well. But we know for sure they are coming which is better than waiting for info on release.

Nope, Jacob Tweeted that there's still no ETA for Kingpin Hydro Coppers so they must have gotten a straggler. I know I'm just screaming into the void but I think I'm about done with eVGA.

Cmon. It is only a matter of time. The only reason I am so excited is the 30% spin the wheel off.

I got 40% but I won't be able to use it. I wouldn't have been salty in the slightest if they'd never offered it but offering it and then making it impossible to use is infuriating. eVGA's build quality is declining anyway.

Sadly, I agree. But 40% off is truly exceptional, and they never promised anything...

LMFAO Thanks for the laugh. You must be new if you think Optimus is solid on delivery dates. Next you're going to tell me they have great communication and respond to all emails promptly lol

I can’t speak to how Optimus delivered/communicated in the past, but I can say I recently purchase one of their water blocks and it arrived in less than 2 weeks (ordered on 7/9 and it was delivered on 7/22). Water cooling was a completely new experience for me and I goofed…go figure…when I overtightened a fitting and cracked the terminal. After I had a mini mental breakdown, I emailed Optimus and they emailed me back in less than 3 hours to say they were sending out a free replacement (emailed on 7/26 and it was delivered on 7/31).

I now have a fully functioning water block that is amazing at keeping the temps down including the memory (highest I’ve seen is 68°). I would gladly purchase from them again
