I purchased the G+ 1000 watt power supply because it had 6 PCIe outputs. But it only comes with 4 PCIe cables. At over 200 thay should include all the cables that it has outputs for imo. So I had to order the other 2 cables so I would be able to run both video cards and AE-9 sound card. Will be using a 3080 FTW3 ultra and a 2080 hydro for gaming and mining.

That is strange. The picture shows there should 6 PCIe cables. 2x with dual 8pin(6+2) power plugs and 4 with single 8pin(6+2) power plugs. The spec page says the same thing, 2x PCIe cables are 650mm, 750mm in length, which would be the dual 8pin(6+2) power plugs and 4x PCIe cables are 650mm in length, which would be the single 8pin(6+2) power plugs.

You sure you didn't overlook the 2x cables with dual 8pin(6+2) power plugs?

Well, You are correct that I did overlook those dual 8 pin.  But now I have another question. Should one really split the load like that for 2 cards ? The 2080 draws a little over 200 watts and the 3080 I have yet to figure out. Up to 380 from what I hear. I already have the anther set of single 8 pin (6+2) on the way so...

You're G+ 1000 watt power supply is a single rail psu, so I don't think it would matter. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

Single rail. Correct; won't matter how you divvy up those cables between cards.
