Hey, so I just bought Evga RTX 2070 XC Gaming. Someone at the retailer installed the card for me. Now I got this error in Device Manager: Edit: It is "Unknown PCI Device" error. For some reason, my links keeps getting deleted. Maybe because I'm a new member. And Speccy is showing the GPU as a 4GB Vram Card: Any help is appreciated. For some reason, my links are getting automatically deleted. I'm just posting Imgur screens.

Hey, thanks. I did update the Nvidia driver already. Here is what you requested (not sure if the screenshot link would register in my post though):
It didn't. Here is part of the link code (Imgur):

That's not a error, it is a device with missing drivers, most likely the USB Type-C Driver. Find your driver installer and reinstall with USBC Driver checked OR 1. Open the driver installer with 7-zip 2. Extract the "PPC" folder 3. Right Click on nvppc.inf and choose Install If that doesn't work: Double click on the device > Click "Details" > Choose "Hardware Ids" and Paste the FIRST id here (or you can google it, just strip off anything past SUBSYS_xxxxxxxx).

My Motherboard is Asus Z390-F Gaming. It doesn't have Bluetooth or Wireless. I fixed the problem by formatting the primary partition and reinstalling Windows again from scratch, and then i nstalling Intel Engine Management tool + Intel Chipset Driver. It is worth noting that I had a problem with audio in some games prior to formatting/reinstalling windows (unrelated to the Device Manager problem), and they now disappeared after reinstalling Windows, though I refrained from reinstalling Realtek drivers. I think Realtek drivers are what causes problems to some people on modern computers. Thank you all for the help. I will post again in this thread or make a new one if I noticed something else that's worth adding.
