Is this normal?  I've been having weird freezing issues with the game Chivalry 2 where it will freeze every other minute for 4 seconds.  I'm looking at this graph while just downloading the updated version of windows 11.

    Pretty sure that is normal while downloading windows as the progress bar of how much you have downloaded so far would most likely make the gpu clock spike every now and then. If it happens after the download is complete, and all applications are closed then that isn't normal.
