from what i have found out its a GTX 275... but it has a gtx 250 chip in it aslo that only job is physix processings...it has its own didicated 512mb of ram jest for physix... that when not playing a physix is not useable really...

if you run two of these cards in SLI, you can only use one 250 for PhysX. If you want to SLI 275s and have a dedicated PhysX card, it would be best to get one Co-Op 275 and one regular 275. However, you would be able to use all 4 to fold at the same time.
