bluvert89 NP. Now get a modsrigs page up so we can see some hardware;)
So I started a Mods Rigs profile with photos but can't figure out how to get it in my profile description. Back on topic, PC has been running fine at the moment without the secondary power so I might just leave it at that. But Frozen CPU has a hell of a site with tons of excellent stuff so if I find myself wanting the second wire, I'll grab an extension there.

X for a 10 year warranty and V for a 5 year. Otherwise the two are identical.

Hello mattshotcha! Are you sure both of XR and VR and identical? 5 years vs 10 years a huge difference, I could think maybe in XR model some of capacitors have a better "lifetime" that VR one :p maybe its true, maybe not. But it's better to buy XR with 10 years warranty. Personnaly I have XR for 10 years

I saw you have problems with ax1200i, so you change with the nex 1500, what was that problems? I have mine and works just fine. Anyway, I want to ask here, this NEX 1500 will be enough for 4 way crossfire X R9 280X? It will be just for mining, so no big cpu, hdd, or memory.

It will be enough to 4 Way 280xs. I had problems with the AX1200i on 2 computers: The first computer it would pass the self test, but then once connected to everything when the power button was pushed I would just hear a "click" and nothing would happen (besides the mobo's LEDs pulsating). I replaced it with the old PSU (Thermaltake TPG-1200 and everything worked fine). On the last one, they both passed the self test. When everything was connected, they did not want to work with the Add2PSU, so I had to replace it with a cable adapter. Once that was done and Windows installed I started getting random shutdowns/restarts even on the BIOS and/or Memtest. Bad luck on my part I guess . I will try the 860AXi on an HTPC I am working on. Hopefully 3rd time is the charm

Man!! I wish I had a need for this PSU. It sure is hella nice! I don't think I could justify that purchase to the wife as "I really wanted it" She would retaliate with a random unneeded purchase of your own.... §

Computer shuts down and will not start. Also there is a red light where the blinking orange, or green normally is. Call EVGA and they tell me the red light means it time to RMA. Just found out I got bumped up to Advance RMA. from normal RMA or cross ship. WTG EVGA support tyvm

Both mine Blinks a Reddish Orange Light on the PSU in the On Position and the Computer is OFF from Day One on both of mine. After I turn on the Computer it turns Yellow then Green then stays Green. Is this not normal?

I would be happiest man only to work but not, can't enable PC, I tried 3 times, 3rd times I tried before few weeks and after fan didn't spin at all with checking on molex and paperclip... I hoped something happen during he stay in box several months and maybe work... but no... Simply now power, LEDs on motherboard shine for sec and slowly gone... Do you know on motherboard when you connect power supply and turn on switch on PSU immediately white LED near 24pin and red BIOS led shine and you need only to turn PC. But with NEX1500 when you enable switch on PSU white and red led on motherboard only shine for 1-2sec and immediately shut off as you disable power switch.
