Is EU really getting those prices... We can't use the wheelspin coupon, we can't use any associate code and we have to pay a lot for shipping and the VAT...
I am pretty sure EU will have different prices. Is too bad for you guys, but you guys have other sites that will work really well. I don't remember exactly but scalpers there isn't as bad as here.
Scalpers here are a serious issue. And also retailers sell for more than 2x the MSRP (here in Germany at least); so we have the same issue like you guys, but on top of that 19% VAT (Germany) and shipping plus the replacement of Dollar-Sign with Euro-Sign. On average I would say, we pay about 150-300USD more than what you pay in the US of A ;)

A 3080 in the eu evga is about 709 and with vat and shipping it s going about 880 euros if you are lucky to get one in Europe
It's the best price I ve seen

And here in Greece suddenly all folks want to make money from cards .they buy 3 and 4 or 5 just to sell them more.so evga does a great job selling on msrp .that shows that they care about their customers. As I said on another forum it should be one card for one account.

Nowadays, when you become an Elite member you get one spin on their wheel of discounts/freebies. The top discount is a 40% code. The discount code can stack with Associate’s Codes which offer the 3% discount of which you spoke earlier.
I became an Elite member yesterday but did not get an option to spin the wheel. I am based in the EU though - is the wheel US only?

Got the same goal as you my guy, I am trying to score two cards, one for my wife as well. At least at this point I think it is do able if we just try super hard...no one wants to pay the price in ebay so that's that.

Interesting. I too wonder how long this has been a thing because I’ve been elite for a little over a year now and don’t recall spinning any sort of discount wheel. Maybe it’s a newer thing?

It's the same here in the Netherlands (VAT is 21% here). Retailers are indeed putting ridiculous premiums on GPU's. I'm happy to see EVGA trying to remedy this with their notify system. Can't wrap my head around the fact that NVIDIA is releasing products while customer demand isn't met for existing products though. They do it because they can AND will make more money, but rationally we should stop encouraging this behavior. Too bad their cards are still the ones to beat and scalpers are ruining the market further. PS: I'm new here, but not spamming and scalping in order to make money. I only need one GPU, so fingers crossed!

Can't wait for the pricing on the 3080 Ti. The waiting is killing me   Can really the wheel coupon and the associates discount be stacked? If so I'd get an 8% discount in total. that would be great ($112 in discount for a $1400 bought)
