By all indications that people are telling me, yes. Someone in the Discord server just told me that their 20% code worked on a 3090 purchase. And I just got a 40%...

I wish you the best of luck. Hope you are planning to maximize the discount by going for the 3080ti.

That's the plan. Figuring that a Hydro Copper might be around $200-250 above MSRP, that'll put the discounted price somewhere in the mid-high $800s. That SKU will probably be a bit more niche too, so I'd guess my odds of scoring one while my discount code remains valid are pretty good.

My 40% code expires at the end of this week, so if I don't score the launch batch that's it(probably just buy the most expensive PSU available here in that case)....tried both 3090 FTW3 HC, and 3090 KPHC, no luck....
As for the 3080Ti HC, I think Jacob said it might launch around the same time as the 80Ti, but Hybrid will have to wait.

Good luck to you!

What if you're in Canada?  Can you still get in on this?

yes, they do ship it to Canada but the shipping is extra I believe. I am a Canadian myself but I am in the states right now.

Will the 3080 ti and 3070 ti become available on the Step-Up program on June 3rd and June 10th respectively for Elite Members?

Nowadays, when you become an Elite member you get one spin on their wheel of discounts/freebies. The top discount is a 40% code.  The discount code can stack with Associate’s Codes which offer the 3% discount of which you spoke earlier.

Please use my Associate Code at your checkouts for up to 10% discounts on all your EVGA purchases: VDN2319M4O569J4

Bit ironic how some of these accounts with low posts numbers and the literal "New Member" header are trying to gatekeep these GPUs. I am a new member and played the word games a bit + contributed on other posts to become elite because I'm actually interested in getting a card at MSRP without the need to be 0.2 seconds fast at checkout. Plus to make a new account you need a phone number so I'm sure a lot of scalpers and miners are probably making 3 accounts or so due to the hassle which is still bad but better than other stores selling in bulk to a bot.

I agree, EVGA does a lot to protect the average joe trying to get their hands on a card and I think no matter what you do the scalpers will get in.

that is exactly how you do it. Evga is one of the many companies let you buy from their website, where everyone just sells on amazon or other places, like msi.

I really think the 3080 Ti will be the sweet spot for me. Don't really see the need to justify the $1500 plus for a 3090. I've been looking at the 6900XT and dishing out another $100 I think will be worth it for the 3080 Ti. Just need to snag one and a 5950X from AMD.

I never understand this either, but dont get me wrong, 4k gaming is great but 3090 is very overkill for the money. Like buying an iphone for 2000 for texting.

Please, to those with a 30-series GPU that are trying to step-up to a 3080 Ti/3070 Ti please don't do it. You guys don't need the extra 5% of performance, playing from 150 fps to 167 fps makes absolutely no difference for your gaming experience. There are a lot of people that don't even have a GPU to play games, and to us it would be night and day difference.

Please share with the less lucky people.

Curious if the LHR will cause a run on the older cards in circulation and the 3090s.

Usually it expires in 90 days from the day you receive it, and each new Elite member will only get to spin for a code(or other things) the first time they register a product, no 2nd chance.

I am pretty sure EU will have different prices. Is too bad for you guys, but you guys have other sites that will work really well. I don't remember exactly but scalpers there isn't as bad as here.

Trust me, it's bad, used ones go 2x or even 3x the msrp. The prices that evga have listed in the eu are the same as is un us, just converted in euros. The problem is that we don't even get that much of a stock here and the vat, that's the main problem... This is why I wanted to at least use that 5% off code :)))
