Hi everybody.
I don't comprehend too much about pc & Components and why I stumble into certain intermitted issues like Black screens (on start up once or two times per month).(  )
I'm an artist and highly utilize Substance Designer, Painter Marmoset Toolbag 3 and UE4 . While having operating with heavy tasks sometimes (not always) I get my pc freeze and on fairly low temperatures like 45°C on gpu and end up hard resetting the pc (so this is basically second issue i encounter ) .
Third issue has appeared only once in form of screen artifact

Forth is minor but still irritating , its mouse glide, overall whole system doesn't feel smooth especially at the end of the day on idle (temps are usually around 29-35°C on GPU  and 32-41°C on CPU )
I have reached out guys from technical support they are ready to RMA but here i can't offer since my country import fee is almost 40% of the price of the item whatever enters to the custom.
so desperately i'm on search of culprit which in my surmise could be PSU voltage drop or something similar to that.(even so it has unusual coiling. )
I uploaded Screenshots of Gpu-Z Sensor from the load of Precision X1 scan and Heaven benchmark test down below.
At the beginning:

At the end of px1 scan:

 Heaven Benchmark 4.0 (middle configurations)

I would like to know what you guys think in this situation ?Do you see faulty psu voltage on sensors and whether my assumptions are misleading and I must RMA the Gpu or what should i do?
Thanks.

You don't have enough posts yet to show screenshots.

First thing I'd like you to check is your ram settings in the BIOs. Make sure these are correct.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Your ram is probably running at 2133MHZ by default so you could set your timings and ram voltage manually.

i dont know much about timings but i have tried to set up to 2666 MHz it's unstable and crashes right after window load screen or in 5 minute of use.
Could you please clarify to newbie should i tweak timings in order to run it smoothly ?
