Virus link warning. That site loaded on my phone, then halfway through reading it, a popup appeared, tried to convince me that I needed to download new android system files, and then opened google play store. Junk.

Good thing it did not do that on Windows, but I did get the normal CNET Popups.

I like HTML5 too. I set YT to only show HTML5 when available.

720p will work with slight stuttering every once in awhile 1080p it doesn't like though.

With that being said.
I would think that changing the TV over to YouTube or Netflix would be the best thing to do.
This way you get 1080P with no fuss.

Or are you saying that using the Desktop in Windows cannot handle 1080P or even 720P?

Desktop is just fine in 1080p. Streaming 1080p content is the issue. Whether it's the wifi or simply not enough cpu/gpu, no idea.

FYI on the SD Cards
I have a old card that is so slow it is not even worth the trouble to use.
Now the New SDHC UHS-I are up to 48MB/s and is like using an old IDE Hard Drive.
UHS-I/U3 SDHC Memory Card up to 60MB/s Read

I am now going with this one:
SanDisk Extreme 32GB UHS-I/U3 SDHC Memory Card Up To 60MB/s Read - SDSDXN-032G-G46 [Newest Version] $23

Just a heads up, this device uses Micro SD, not standard SD.

For some reason Amazon now has "Sign up to be notified when this item becomes available" and no pro orders.
I wonder if Intel has changed the release date or having manufacturing issues.
Amazon still is telling it will be here by 8PM on the 5th Arriving Tuesday by 8pm.
I have all the other parts ready to setup and start training my Dad how to use Windows 8.1.

I purchased the iView CyberPC on Newegg. It comes with a remote control USB keyboard good for use in a TV setting. For email and desktop use it'll do ok. Don't expect super multi-tasking or GPU intensive use though. It's a bit of a pain to get Windows 10 on it because you need a USB2 dvd drive. Then you need to manually find the driver installers for the wifi, bluetooth and Z3500-series SoC. It does run notably better on Win 10 than Win 8.1 though.

hey brad, i need to know all the drivers you downloaded so i can get my view cyberpc working correctly can you help me out

I'll dig around for the links. What I did was google MeeGoPad drivers.

In a post half way down the page:

Not 100% needed but to optimize space on the system drive I do maximum compression using Zipmagic doublespace.
