I think I'm done with posting here until I hear a official reply from EVGA, then I will post back.
 
 


Have you tried calling EVGA or emailing support? While they read the forums it’s best to contact them directly.

Let us know how this turns out. Myself i don't blame evga for intel screw up.

Good luck since you don’t want to go to the problem source.

Quick fix: remove the CPU. since the hardware fault came from intel, remove the CPU and you remove the source of the issue.

The facts in this matter are not in dispute (even if you do not understand them)
The BIOS in question is a EVGA product. That's why you download your patch for this issue from your OEM motherboard manufacturer and not Intel.
That EVGA will not receive a microcode update from Intel on this issue makes it their problem now, not mine.

I see intel still isn’t addressing your concerns. Have you contacted them yet?
