Dear EVGA support team or anyone who has been through similar situation

I have one question regarding the warranty transfer.

I am interested in buying a 1080 ti ftw3 from one original buyer. Which he he said he bought it in August 2018 but he lost the receipt.

I did read the article about if the gpu is shipped after march 25 2018, i will need to upload a receipt from me and the original buyer to register the product.

But the problem now is he said he never registered the card himself on evga website. So in this case, if i provide the receipt or paypal screenshot, would I be able to register the product and got the remaining valid warranty?

Any insight would be helpful and I would really appreciate it.
