ICX upgrade confirmation?

Hi,
 
Are both my cards in the upgrade program?
 
I put in for the upgrade for both my 1080's and have received a confirmation email for the ICX upgrade but it only contains one serial number.
 
I've checked my junk folder just in case it was split between two emails for some reason (like one card being a SC ACX and the other a stock clocked ACX). No joy.

    Go to the bottom of the page at www.evga.com/icxupgrade (may have to change www to your region if outside of the US) and see what it says next to your serial numbers.

    If you cant see it there, you would want to contact support@evga.com and request they take a look.

    Ok went to the eu.evga.com/icxupgrade and it says the SC hasn't been submitted!?

    Contact support, and see if there may be a minor delay for the email or something. Hopefully they can help you out.

    It wasnt an SC Black Edition, was it? If so, I dont think that specific card was on the list.
