Gaming will definitely have much cooler temps than mining eth or a test specifically that loads the ram on these cards. Games i'd say 60's is fine. 80's is fine for mining etc. I have a lot of extra cooling on my hybrid and one of the chips on the back hit about 74 - 76 with a fan actively cooling the backplate. The ram is overclocked to the max also.
