At the state fair I tried a hot sauce that had to be put on my tongue with a toothpick.. Needless to say it hurt like HELL!!!! It was a mix of chilis

I never said they werent hot... however... (Bhut Jolokia is technical namke for "ghost chili")  Go youtube some videos of people trying to eat them. There are two in specific I like. One has an ESPN reporter out at ASU's chili research department. The other is of a room full of drunk marines making bets.

I had 1/4 of one fresh chili. I seriously ran my tongue under running water for 5 minutes after downing a half gallon of milk. And I LOVE spicy food. It hurt (not burned but HURT) for a good 15 minutes.

I love fairly spicy food. habaneros, sriracha, etc can be ingredients. Spicy chili, Japanese curry, texmex dishes, thai food, I love them all. Just stay the FRAK away from me if you are bringing ghost chilis in anything!
