Hi
I am looking at the 400-HY-CL12-V1 which seems to have higher performance specs than the non RGB model...
Any idea how long the hoses are?
Is this a model that can be modified with longer hoses?

No, you would void the warranty id you "open the sealed loop"

about  - 14.5” tubing on a CLC 280 .... you'll need slack & room for bends in the tubing

120 might work OK if your CPU does not se much action

I'd recommend the 240 or larger - depending on CPU & expected load

The cpu is currently kept cool with a 212 Evo cooler master tower...so EVGA water cooling better keep it cool enough...
    I don't oc the cpu...
I like the single 120mm fan/rad because it would fit (hopefully) in one of the current 120 mm fan locations on the mining case. The lower profile of the water pump on the 400-HY-CL12-V1 would allow for better spacing of the large gpu's in the case.
I saw an answer on the length of the hoses and it appears to be 40cm..which could work.
Thanks for letting me know about the warranty.
Just have to find stock in Canada
    Joe

Amazon.ca  non RGB EVGA CLC 120

Yeah...I was looking at them and according to evga specs the RGB is a higher performing unit!
RGB quieter, higher airflow, Teflon bearing, and higher static pressure compared to Non-RGB
I ordered two RGB's last night..

The farm is evolving but I will be doing some kind of in depth on each computer soon
