Okay guys I think I'm a little confused here. I plan on purchasing the MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI Motherboard. I currently purchased Metallic Gear Neo Air ATX Mid-Tower. My question is do I plug these fans directly into the motherboard or do I need a RGB hub? Also I plan on purchasing 1 additional fan.
Thanks

The case comes with Integrated RGB controller with 2x preinstalled Skiron RGB fans that can sync with compatible motherboards to create a stunning effect And my motherboard comes with Addressable Gen 2 RGB Header The addressable Gen 2 RGB header is now capable of detecting the number of LEDs on second-gen addressable RGB devices, allowing the software to automatically tailor lighting effects to specific devices. The new header also offers backward-compatibility with existing Aura RGB gear. Can I use this hub to get them to work? DEEPCOOL FH-10 Integrated Fan Hub, Powering up to 10 Fans (3-pin Non-PWM or 4-pin PWM), Occupying only One 4-pin Motherboard Header

As an example I am using Corsair iCUE with applicable Corsair fans and controller.

Thanks!
I'll need to do some research. The pins on the MB are 3 pins but the fans are 4 pins, I'll have to figure it out once I start to put it together.

One thing to keep in mind is most fans are going to have a RGB or ARGB header as well as the standard fan header you are used to. RGB should use 3 pins while ARGB will use 4 pins. Some fans will also use a non standard plug that can do both but I personally don't like to be tied to a brand and if in a few years the controller goes out you might have to replace all the RGB if you can't find a new compatible hub from them or end up having to use a non RGB fan if you can't find the fan with the compatible connector. Second would be that some controllers are compatible with the software your motherboard uses and then the headers on the motherboard. In this case the MSI software would control the changes of colors. If you are going for a cycle of colors I would recommend going for one of these controllers but check to see how the controller manages this. Some will do it by just plugging into the RGB or ARGB header on the motherboard while others will use a USB header to the controller. Both will work fine it just depends on your plans for the headers. OF course if you are just using a common static color then this doesn't really matter as any controller can do a red, blue, green... Finally when getting a controller it's important to see what kind of power it will take and figure that into the build you are doing. I have one that uses a molex connector. I personally dislike that connector and wish I could avoid it but I know other people might have a build that it makes it easier then using a SATA power cable. It's also possible to daisy chain ARGB and RGB but keep in mind all those fans are always going to match in color and never daisy chain more then about 3 fans without checking to make sure you are still below the voltage for the motherboard or controller header. One other thing if you are going RGB to consider is light strips. They are a good way to really light up a system for the whole motherboard while case fans are more of drawing area to only one spot.

I'm a little confused, I thought RGB was 4 pins and ARGB was 3 pins. Thanks for the feed back!

that is why I posted this link in my first response: What do 5v and 12v RGB cables look like you ask? Also not that the little "triangle / arrow bump" indicates where the +Volt needs to be on the header, you are connecting to

I completely disagree. I really love my RGB color coordination using iCUE. Anyone who has seen my last two mods in person have complimented me on it even if they had no PC experience.
