Jacob said that after the LHR cards launch that people in the current queues will be migrated to the queues for the new cards. He did not say if this would be them migrating you and keeping your place in line or if that was a nice way of saying you're going to have to sign up and start all over again with the new LHR cards. That also makes it sound like they aren't making the regular cards anymore.

9/25 and still waiting. I check the spreadsheet periodically but the estimated notification date keeps getting pushed back months

I signed up for the 3070 ftw3 ultra at he end of Nov and just received it yesterday. The queue works, it just takes forever.

Early Dec 2020 for me, stilling waiting. All my friends that went for the 3070 got their invite from Evga! I'm happy for them, but I'm left with a 970 GTX at the moment. Hoping to score a 3070 ti June 10th!!

day 1(eu 3080) still waiting....
if i somehow manage to get a 3080ti/3070ti this year i'll be satisfied
The 3070ti launch next week is going to be brutal.I expect the site to crash even worse than yesterday.

The queue has not moved at all, and I suspect it never will as the product has likely been canceled. I should have chosen the FTW3 model but that's how it goes. I tried saving a few bucks and ended up without a 3080.

You could be waiting for a while, although if you want a card soon try to get one when it launches, like the upcoming 3070 Ti.

I gave up on the 3080 and got me a 3080 Ti at launch.... spent more than I wanted to but the wait was just getting too long... over 8 months

When you receive the "invitation to purchase" email and you will have eight hours to respond. However, since you just signed up today, you will have a long time to wait unfortunately.

First computer build for me. I started getting interested in mid April. I had no idea what I was getting into with this graphics card shortage. I actually thought 30 series cards cost over $1000. Had no idea they were supposed to be so much cheaper (for some). I am thankful my buddy loaned me his 970 SSC to get the system up and running, but I'm hoping to get my own soon. I'm glad there is a list even if its potentially a long wait, Its a way I can wait in line without loosing hours of work. I'm still hopeful and excited about the possibility of getting one. It may not happen soon but hey, if I do get one it'll be a great story later in life. I can see it now... my kids buying graphics cards off the shelf and I'll be like.. "Ya know when I built my first computer you couldn't just go to the store and pick up a GPU. You had to wait months just to get an email saying you could buy one!" To which they will respond.... "whats an email?"

3080 FTW Ultra. 3897-KR 9/23/2020 11:37:18 PM PT. No notification sent yet. Edit: Just updated me and probably everyone else in the queue to the LHR versions. So disappointed that it wasn’t an email to say I could finally buy a new Graphics Card. Come August I think I’ll give up and just wait for the 4080s.
