G.Skill is very good about replacing RAM. I believe most of their sticks have a lifetime warranty as well. Of course, you'll get the typical poorly-translated-English response from most of their techs, but as soon as you get to the RMA stage it should be easy to replace. It'll probably take a while, as do most Asian tech company RMAs.

If I recall correctly, you bought your rig after I bought mine. You should be able to RMA most of your stuff from the retailer and get new parts. Why don't you just do that?

Great IMO!

I had a total of 3 die on me to date, from OC'ing the death outta them.

I emailed them, and they started an RMA. Gave me the option to RMA just a single stick, or the whole set. So easy a caveman could do it!

G-skill is really good with RMAs. I read many great things about them as well as many bad things. Just matters about each person's experience. Also I love how all of their RAM is life time warranty. Well see, I had my old G-skill RAM burn out. I had life time warranty on them but I was not able to have it because I had physical damage done on my RAM stick. There was a burnt tick mark on my pin. So if you have any thing physical done to your RAM you can not return it because with their terms they pretty much say its the users fault.

Warranty Exclusions
Products with missing or defaced serial numbers
Products damaged by environmental factors, which include oxidation and/or damages caused by natural disasters
Physical Damages which include, but not limited to, the following:
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Misuse, neglect or improper assembly
  • Transport damages due to improper packaging or carrier
  • Burns resulting from faulty or failed electric power
  • Missing/bent pins

If you want t see more info on their RMA policy click on the link below if you have not seen it already.

just about every memory brand is under warranty for life, should be a easy replacement, you don't have to send back the whole kit either, just the bad modules are fine to prevent downtime.
