How can i stress test the RTX 2080 Ti memory for failures?

If you had to downclock for all games/3d applications, which should theoretically happen if you’ve got bunk hardware, id say RMA but if it’s just one game there’s a good chance it’s just software related.

Are you able to pass benchmarks like firestrike/timespy? And in your other games can you overclock the memory?

Stock settings work on everything else, i think its a BF5 issue, but i cant be sure till it gets more updates


Can you overclock the memory to any degree on other games?

I have not attempted ANY O/C'ing at all due to this being a reoccurring issue on BF5, i dont want to push my luck so to say
