Hello has been a while since i commented here, the thing is that I surrender over period of 5-6 months trying to realize whats was the issues on my pc
And since 1 month ago I decided to start over again and see what was the culprit of my pc..

And I discovered after a fresh install of my Windows and after tried many versions of windows 10, such 1 1703 1709 1607 and current 1511 etc,etc that the windows wasnt the problem at all (of course i rather use LTSB or 1511 rather than others  Windows 10 version that came with full of blotwares and  problem with the stand by memory)

But yeah regardless of my topic here, is that i decided to do some test very careful on fresh installation by making a image restore, to test individually drivers one per one and restore the image to see, Ended up with the conclusion that my amd chipset drivers works perfect, same audio drivers, except: any drivers from nvidia. yes you can tell here in this image running with all drivers except gpu driver how the In depth test latency runs smooth with 6-10 latency on 1080 youtube+reproducing anime on groove/vlc media player
Overall window smooth, of course when doing the test it slows down, but after stop everything is snappy etc, etc. i heard a bit of crack sound cause i think its normal cause i dont have a dedicated soundcard.

Now after installing any nvidia drivers, in this example was the latest 399.07
by having everything close or even if try to reproduce any song or video, is the same result it will jump from 88 to 135 and scale 139-140
And yes pc doesnt seems to be snappier as before :/

My system specs are:
Motherboard: Asrock ab350 fatality k4 gaming ( last bios 5.00)
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 3.2 stock
GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 Gaming, 06G-p4-6262-KR, 6GB GDDR5, ACX 3.0, & LED
Rams: Patriot Viper 2x4 (8gigs) OC to 2666 (Even if this rams are made to run at 3200 ) it seems that cpu in amd support 2666.

And tried HPET on bios+windows, enable or disable same problem, also tried the dynamick tick yes disabled, tried disable spectre, windows mitigations system disabled, dont make a difference, test many times, different settings and always restoring the image to a fresh installation without tweaks and problem persist

Current GPU bios : 86.06.39.00.62
also in bios there are PCIE LINK mods but on Auto

I know mr Sajin and others in the past tried to helped me, but i never found a solution yet(I  highly appreciate your effort). so was wondering if this has something to do with my Bios? i  was reading that the gtx 1060 to 1080 were having problems with the ram chipset MICRON, and this gpu has a GDDR5 Microm ram chipset. i saw on the gpu z
TechGPU picture:

Hope someone can help me, cause i  receive this gpu card like in august 2017 or july don't remember was 100% new.
And yeah here in Venezuela everything is so crazy till the point is very expensive to sent a gpu...

Those latency levels are perfectly acceptable. Changing your vbios most likely won't help improve things, but if you would like to give it a go anyways... https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/200767/200767

The above link is the newest vbios I could find for your card.

I found my problem seems that i bought this ryzen in may 5 2017 and didn't come with the hot-fix of segment bug, which was fixed in june+++
So i realize that the Nvidia drivers will triggered the bug...  so the only way to reduce the In Depth test latency was by disabling Opcache control + SMT on bios and solved, even that i can tell now that my latency moon nvidia drivers blows up

Also i noticed that my windows get corrupted on start menu the search wont find apps or tools or softwares, but with the opcache control off+smt it does works as normal
lasty but not least i notice that even with opcache control off or auto or SMT enable or disable, Nvidia control panel 3d game settings is bug
check this video that i upload to my channel 30 seconds

To update the vbios simply do the following...

#1 Download and extract nvflash to your desktop.
#2 Drag and drop the .rom file onto the nvflash64.exe to flash the card.
#3 Restart pc and check vbios version with gpu-z to make sure the card has been successfully updated.

Have you right clicked on NvFlash and set it in properties to run as admin?

Sajin i'm very curious would you mind to do 3 test in the software of In Depth Test Latency provided by resplendance software latency moon?

I'm very curious whats your cpu latencys on the first test: HIGH_ LVL_ IRQL measure SMIS and cpu stalls? cause in this test i found the solution was to disable SMT and now all runs less than 1 US in all cpu

Also in the second test which is called: CLOCK_LEVEL_IRQL measure ipis, smis, cpu
I got 1us-to 2 us on all 6 cores

But the third test: Dispatch_Level: measure hardware interrupts routines ISR,IPIS,SMIS, i got like 125 us to 150us cpu 0 159 us,  cpu 1 65 us, and the rest of the cpus 1us 1 us 1us

Whats wondering just to compare systems, im trying to fix these issues.. :/

Oh thank you so much for doing these test, highly appreciate, i just was trying to comparing results
But may ask you a question, did you was using a balance power plan in Windows? cause  intel seems to go like 0.100 mhz  to 0.300 in balancing and that cause those 200, probably if you try the high performance plan it will drops in all test to 5 latency

Uhmm so weird, did you was running any background programs while testing? also sometimes the IRQL will jump to 135-200 on the first run, if that doesn't do anything then wow i found your case very interesting, probably something with intel speed-step? xD or hiper-threading too? which is weird cause i have a very special girl that works in google and shes very busy but, she did the test and was all low irql like 0.0682, and highest latency moon was 57 us nvidia drivers

Didn't have any background programs running when I did the test. First & second run are pretty much the same.

Oh wow, very interesting, by the way i don't know if cause the bios upgrade on my EVGA GTX 1060, i receive a ramdom Blue screen with the  System_Thread_Exception_Not Handles <-- people say that these bsod are cause of nvidia or amd driver display, and so on, so i was wondering i should back to my backup bios driver on my Nvidia, or just install an old nvidia driver?

Because  before updating the bios itself i was having a blue screen with Kernel_security_check failure which also seems the cause of a bad drivers ^^,

399.07 current driver

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (0x1000007e) could mean you have corrupt os files. Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r to make sure everything is in good shape. SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED could also be caused by a faulty system device/buggy system driver.

Yeah i did the SFC and found some issues, then i tried the online Dism restore image but throw me an error, also tried the offline thing with the iso 1511 mounted and same error... i was using a 1511 windows 10 version build 10586,164 with kms pico activated, but i didn't Download any updates, and was having some audio poops out.

So  right now I'm Downloading a LTSB 2016 Iso and probably i will fully updated.

I know is bad to crack legit iso from microsoft with KMS cause is like being a pirate... but gosh,  I don't use microsoft as commercial, even that i hope a day when Venezuela situation gets better of I finally get my passport fix ill try to escape from this country and finally get balanced in economy hope so, and buy a legit microsoft license.

this never has anything to do with system files.  corrupt files have very specific file system error codes within the ntfs error handler.
