HELP: RTX 3090 Ti FTW3 Red Light On. No RGB, Fans are Spinning

I was playing COD MW3 when PC randomly stopped posting. RTX 3090 Ti FTW3 red light on. No RGB, Fans Spinning.
 
I have reset the BIOS and got an error for my USB's fixed that and now the GPU won't turn on.

GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 ti FTW3 Black edition

Cooling: EK Waterblocks custom liquid cooling loops
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950x
Motherboard: Asus X570 Crosshair VIII Formula
RAM: 32GB G.Skill CL14 3600Mhz
Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 1TB NVME SSD
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 P3

    If you swap power cables around to make sure you don't have a bad cable, check that the card is properly seated in the PCI-E slot, and aren't using a riser cable, odds are she's dead.  RMA or e-waste.
