Have you updated your firmware to make sure its the newest available for the card?  also i notice in the other picture his fans are not all linked together with the little link image like yours are but not sure it makes a difference. Also both images are of different px1 versions as well, yours is the newest version, th other image is from a beta version of px1 from 9 months ago. I would say you have nothing to worry about, if you have the newest px1, and the newest version of firmware in your card your image is more then likely accurate as to what your card is doing. Your image is also showing 2080ti FTW3 Ultra card the other image is only showing 2080ti card.

The fans on your card may be slightly different than the ones used on the card in the second pic. Vendors can often source fans from a few different manufacturers and some spin at different RPMs or may have a more aggressive blade pitch or even more blades on the fan to allow for a lower RPM while still maintaining the same volume of air moved.

Your card looks fine to me.
