Welcome to forums. I have checked to see If I can find any more information or tracking information for your package. Unfortunately for the EU region of the thermal pad, there is no tracking number for the thermal pad packing . I do see that its been shipped out 11/28/2016 and it can take 1 to 2 weeks to received that package. If you did not received any packages by next week, please do contact  
 
 

Hello, I've been waiting for the thermal pillows for almost 1 month, On the request page I get the following:
Request Shipped 11/09/2016 (Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery)
I still do not receive anything.

I'm in the same boat of wondering where mine are, both say this;
 
Request Shipped 11/02/2016 (Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery)
 
And still nothing. It really shouldn't take this long to ship to Canada, heck my powerlinks shipped in a week. So really if you can look into this it would be great. Thanks.

I've been waiting five weeks for my thermal pads here in Canada.  I feel so lost and forlorn without my pads...
 

 
A second follow up email I sent today was replied to...so we'll see what happens and how much longer I have to wait.

HAHA.... nice. I too have been waiting since 11/2/16 for these pads to arrive but nothing. I contacted support and after confirming my shipping 3 times I guess they are going to resend them....

My thermal pads finally arrived yesterday (12/08/2016) via normal post. I was really surprised when I got home yesterday :) I live in Helsinki, Finland.
 
The thermal pads were in a small grey envelope, originating from Gräfelfing, Germany.

So do you think everything will be ok after installing the pads to the card? I hope there is no any other defected part of the card. I'm also buying the same card. I had bought Asus Rog OC edition but I canceled my order before it was shipped. I hope I didn't make a mistake. And my card will have the thermal pads factory installed. That seems a plus, but I just want to be sure that other than this thermal pad problem the card will perform great. 

I didn't encounter any problems with my GTX 1080 FTW Gaming ACX3.0 card, even without the thermalmod.
 
In the 2 months of owning it, I have taken it apart probably 3 times already.
 
First time to check if it had any missing thermalpads and to change the thermalpaste. The graphicscard still performed brilliantly. Temperature in BF1 2560x1440p ultra ~65c maximum.
 
Second time when I decided to watercool both my CPU and GPU. So I used the EKWB-GTX1080 FTW Acetal+Nickel waterblock (Predator Pre-fill) and backplate along with the EK-XLC Predator 280 QDC AIO watercooler. The graphicscard performed exceptionally well and stayed really cool (52-60c @ BF1 2560x1440p ultra).

 
 
I took it apart the third time when I had to switch both CPU and GPU back to air cooling because the EK-XLC Predator 280 AIO watercooler developed a minor leak and I had to RMA it. So I put the stock ACX 3.0 cooler back on to my card with the EKWB thermalpads for the VRM until I can rebuild the waterblock. Temperatures back to 65c @ BF1 2560x1440p ultra.
 

 
Probably fourth time to take my card apart this weekend to install EVGA's thermal mod kit, and then in 1-2 weeks again for hopefully the fifth and final time to put it all back onto watercooling when the Predator 280 replacement arrives... *sigh*

Well all of that wasn't planned. It was a sequence of unfortunate events starting from EVGA's statement of the thermal issues and to my watercooler breaking. I actually had to do all of that so that I was/am still able to play games through it all :D

Thank you for your forum post. I checked your status on the request of the thermal and it was shipped out 11/2/2016. So I will contact via to further assist you on the thermal pad request.

Thanks for getting this all sorted out, they finally arrived today. :-) Now do I do both cards this weekend or do I wait until my christmas holidays in a week?
