@ Q chiller looks great good job man. @ walleye great job on the gold you guys have been busy @ everyone I know its not realistic to buy another monitor for this but I run real temp on a second monitor to get realtime temps. I spent some time testing with and without the second monitor and real temp and beleave it or not I found the second monitor and the extra program running have next to no effect on the cpu test. I think it has something to do with vantage forcing a realtime or High affinity in your os thats just a guess though.

here are some initial test with 3 x 470 sc cpu is a 4.0ghz, cards are at 675core 1701memory, physx off i can tell that the cpu is holding these cards back a lot, and these should be interesting with to see how they clock once i get them on water and change the voltage around, did a test with physx on earlier and the cards were stable at 750mhz on the core but the score wasn't all that good since i need to get my cpu back to 4.5ghz Edit: here is the hwbot link http://hwbot.org/communit...0_27393_marks?new=true my first gold cpu ever

Mostly because when you overclock this card with dual monitors it freaks out and gives you all kinds of tearing. I monitor my temps via the POST screen on my Evga board, so that makes it really easy. What you could do is write down\remember the difference between your water temp and GPU\CPU temps at full load, than monitor your water temp coming out of the return tube.

thanks for the info johnksss, i think i need to redo my since im fairly sure theirs an air pocket somewhere in my cpu block, and i also need to change the fittings since the 90degress are killing the flowrate. may try some test late with one and two cards and try to get some more cups before everyone else.

How do you get real temp to stay on the screen while testing vantage. I know I can figure it out, but thought I might get a quick answer from you guys.

stays in the backround jus make sure your vantage settings window dosent cover it up if there is a gap while loading the tests youll see it the gap is between the two cpu tests havent ran vantage for a few weeks but I think the patch might have got rid of the gap

Fantastic Q I use a G19 or a G15 to monitor. Can't see cores so I add 20. Also use them for GPU temps.

you can reset realtemp too after every run and just go by the max temp that would be a little easier ya im alright q I get pretty busy this time of year have to earn money to pay for these toys. My chiller couldnt even handle my cpu it did ok just not as good as my rad in the window did early feb. Like I said dont have time to rip apart my rig and figure out different cooling. When I start up again ill have some new hardware. Been doing alot of reading on amds new bulldozer core might build a rig around that next winter.

alright i started working at these 470's some more here is what i have got so far not a bad increase from my earlier run almost increased my score by 3000marks clocks were at 763core/1525shader/1725memory, thats almost a 150mhz increase in core clock without more voltage, should be able to hit well over 800 with more voltage and water now i just need to get a gulftown and ill be set Edit: never mind, user error

So how do you increase the voltage on the 470's? Afterburner 1.6.0 will not do it for me. Latest run with phys.
