I did have that problem with the mouse getting 'messed up' after exiting a game as well; .68 hotfix cured it.  It wasn't limited to just gaming either; 3D apps like Blender (was playing with it a bit) also messed my mouse pointer up good.  :)

Be aware that Microsoft has issued a new nVidia driver, 431.70 into the Windows Insider ring.
