GeForce Experience Duplicates Games

GeForce Experience Duplicates Games in my home/game menu. For example Borderlands 3 shows up twice but other games don't. I’ve tried uninstalling GeFore Experience and reinstalling it with no luck. Same for Borderlands 3, uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Still shows up twice in the menu. Is there any way to fix this? I know I can click hide for one of the Borderlands 3 copies but that doesn’t solve the real issue of why it sees two copies of the same game when it’s only installed once.
To be clear, GeForce Experience shows both copies of Borderlands 3 installed in the same location. I also tried disabling GeForce Experience from scanning my game drive (all my games are installed an a different drive than windows is installed on) and Borderlands 3 still shows up twice. Any idea why GeForce Experience is doing this? Any ideas how I can solve this without just clicking hide on one of them?

    Mine does it with COD Modern Warfare.  I installed the game on a non-OS drive.  It shows up in GFE in E:\BattleNet Games\Call of Duty Modern Warfare\, and it also shows up as duplicate in GFE at C:\Program Files (x86)\Call of Duty Modern Warfare\
     
    I've had other games (can't remember which, though) do that in the past, and as located in the same spot like yourself,  but this is the only duplicate now.  Annoying, but I ignore it, as it's rare that I bother opening up GFE.
     
    Not much help, but just confirming I've come across this, too.
