I've installed the most recent version of driver for this card. I'm still only able to get HD resolution out of the DVI or HDMI output. This is feeding an LG monitor which is capable of much higher resolution. I've uninstalled all drivers using the DDU app. No luck. What can I do to get 2560 x 1600?

Check this link here & make sure that you are using a proper Dual link cable because the card can only reach max resolution with that cable: Max Digital: 2560x1600 (Dual Link DVI Only)

I do have a Dual link DVI. It was converting to HDMI. I've now installed an HDMI to HDMI cable. No difference.

I think the problem is that you are using HDMI.
A simple cheap "Dual-link" DVI to HDMI passive adapter is not actually Dual-link DVI.  You would need to buy an active adapter to properly utilize Dual-link DVI and convert it to a modern version of HDMI; which probably costs more than a Geforce 210 is worth... so not worth it.
HDMI to HDMI isn't Dual-link DVI either.  The HDMI port on the card is "old" and does not support the full resolution that the Dual-link DVI port does.

    EDIT: confirmation
    Geforce 210 can't display 2560x1440 | OCAU Forums (overclockers.com.au)

The easiest and most cost-effective solution is to buy a newer video card which supports a more modern version of HDMI to support higher resolutions over HDMI.

Wow, wish that was made evident when purchased. It's definitely going back. Very misleading.

If you'll notice it is very specific when it states:   Max Digital: 2560x1600 (Dual Link DVI Only)
which means you will ONLY get max resolution by using a dual link DVI cable. No other cable or converter will work. Period!

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I did not have access to this piece of info. And so back it goes.
