I installed my 970 a couple weeks after the release and for awhile everything was great. When I benchmarked my card on shadow of mordor's built in benchmark i remember scoring an avg. fps of 70-80. I also started playing crysis around the same time and the game never even hiccuped. Fast forward to this weekend and all of a sudden crysis consistently drops to sub 30 fps every couple of minutes for a few seconds at a time. I was curious if this was an optimization issue or hardware issue so I ran the Mordor benchmark again and this time my card is clocking in at about 40-50 avg. fps. Likewise, I compared my unigine heaven score with someone I saw on a toms hardware forum. At 1920x1080 with extreme tesselation, ultra quality and 8xAA my avg fps was 46.2 and I received a score of 1163. The person I saw on the forum received 56.3 and 1417 respectively on the same hardware. For reference, I'm using an i5 3670k at 3.4GHz and 8 GB of memory at 1333MHz. Is anyone else having a similar issue? Should I contact customer support? Is this worth asking for a replacement? If anyone could share their experience with it or benchmarks on a similar system that would be great. Thanks for the help.

Looks like the card is throttling , can you post a gpu-z screenshot of gpu temps after a benchmark ?
May be the temps are hitting high.

So here are the screens after unigine. I also forgot to mention that a few days ago I got a blue screen with the code 0x00000050. I believe there are a few things that this can be attributed to including possibly faulty vram. Would my experience this be a result of faulty vram
    ?
