New to playing around with voltages on the cards, so someone please tell me if I'm doing this right/ wrong:

All I did was switch the bios on the card to #2

What should the voltage be?
All I remember was the old 7XX cards you would set it to +12mV, but this card I can slide it all the way to +87mV

Also, if someone can tell me what my exact clock number is? I'm not sure what the stock clock is, and with boost clock and all of that, "+150" is a really broad idea of an overclock.
I wish it was easy like AMD where it told the exact number.

I recommend getting gpu-z to check the clocks. Although Precision X seems to give me the correct clocks compared to gpu-z. Though it varies from card to card. That's my guess. You could get both, just to be sure.

As for voltage, we can't tell you the exact number to add though as every card is different. For the OC, I recommend starting with something lower than 150. More like 50 and working your way up slowly.
When you hit a wall, then you can raise the voltage up some.

As for the benchmark, the card seems to be around avg.

The +150 is what I came to after doing the +50 increments

At that point, what would be the recommended voltage increments?

I flashed roach's bios on, but I'm still getting issues:

This was a round of BF3
The core clock only stayed at 1380 and the power % was at around 50
