ok so i loaded into bios and did that. Thanks Sajin. unfortunately that did not help.
i reset my resolution to native aka 1600:900
deleted my useroptions from h1z1 folder and started the game up in high settings ran around inside apartaments in pv and got about 12 fps :/

Make sure the slow mode dipswitch on your motherboard is in the downward facing position as shown here...
 



You are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
that was it... the slow mode was on. i turned that button down logged back in h1z1 and was running around 50-60 fps in pv on high settings where with it up i had 12 fps

huh, i thought that switch just forced it to boot slower. didn't realize it forced into spectacularly low cpu frequencies...

Wow... That's the third time that I've read on these forums where a motherboard had a slow-mo switch and it was enabled causing serious issues.

yeah im happy about it but i feel kinda ripped off cuz i built this pc 4 month ago and while i was on vacation and could play 24/7 i was suffering and now tha im back at full schedule i can finally play actually running around averring 80 fps with high/ultra settings this definitely feels nice
